Sigma Chapter Accreditation
There are four Pillars from which your chapter needs to decide for which it will strive, with Pillar 1 and 85% of Pillar 2 being mandatory for basic Chapter Accreditation.
Panhellenic standards still exist within each of the four Pillars. As your chapter is deciding which Pillars it will strive to achieve, encourage your chapter to at least achieve those related to Panhellenic:
Pillar 1:
- Panhellenic meeting minutes are submitted monthly. CPH Bylaws, Recruitment Rules, and Code of Ethics must be uploaded to your Chapter Portal.
- RFM reports indicate that chapter adhered to their assigned Carry Figures, including Flex Plus and Flex Minus Lists for both the primary and secondary pools; or worked with assigned RFM support to receive approval to not adhere to their Carry Figures or Flex List submissions. (This would include those first-time RFM users participating in mandatory RFM training)
- Chapter votes in accordance with proper NPC policy, procedures, etc. and is voting as advised by the ADCS, CPHS, CPHC, or CPO.
Pillar 2:
- Chapter must be an active partner within the Panhellenic. To measure this, you must have Chapter Event forms submitted in your Chapter Portal to document the Panhellenic events in which chapter members have participated.
Pillar 3:
- Chapter has members serving as CPH Officers or Recruitment Counselors. You must add these Sisters in your Chapter Portal to the chapter leaders listing (Operations > Actions > Update Positions > Change Chapter Leaders (C-202).
- Chapter had at least one member attending a regional fraternity/sorority leadership conference (including UIFI). You need to note this in your Chapter Portal (Membership > Submit Scholarship Applicants and Conference Attendees).
Pillar 4:
- 100% of members attend at least one CPH meeting OR Panhellenic-sponsored program each semester. To document this, you need to submit the Accreditation Verification form in your Chapter Portal by November 30.
- Chapter earns campus awards or recognitions. To document this, you need to submit award recognition in your Chapter Portal (Operations > Actions > Accreditation > Submit Accreditation Verification).
